USGA greens

All the greens are built according to the USGA’s quality norms. They are built from the bottom up, almost half a metre below what will be the green’s surface, including a Sub Air system which can introduce oxygen and warm air – or suck up water.

 

Drainage gravel prevents root dieback and the Penn 4 grass has superior overwintering qualities and disease resistance. Back-to-back-watering, where you can choose the sprinkler direction as necessary, is used to keep the greens in perfect condition.
