Seeding
Bro Hof has been entirely spray seeded so that the grass will be better established.
Spray seeding distributes seeds and soil at the same time as a moisture-retaining layer, which means that the grass establishes better. The warm dry summer has been good for growth, but has required a lot of water, because there is a risk that the seeds will get scorched when they are sown on sand.
The first parts of Bro Hof’s course were sown on 26 May 2006.
