Booking regulations for guests 2012

 When can Guests play?
• The Courses are open for guests all days a week from 08.00 am (The Stadium Course) and from 08.05 am (The Castle Course). 
• Tee times are every 10 minutes.
• Handicap limits: 

The Stadium Course, 24 for gentlemen and 30 for ladies.

The Castle Course, 28 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies.
• Maximum handicap per tee time is 72.
• Players must check-in at least 15 minutes before their tee off.
• Names, HCP and nationality must be provided for all players upon booking.
• When the Reception is closed, greenfee play is only allowed when accompanied by a member.
• No free passes are accepted.

When can tee times be booked?
• Our courses are open for guests every day.
• Contact our reception +46 (0)8 545 279 90 or by mailing reception@brohofslott.se
• Payment to be made by Credit Card at the time of making the booking.

Cancellations
• A 100% refund will be given for cancellations made 4 weeks prior to tee off times.
• A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made between 4 and 2 weeks prior to tee times.
• No refund will be given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to tee off.

• For information regarding opening hours, possible work on the courses and competitions, contact the Reception +46 (0)8 545 279 90 or check our website www.brohofslott.se 
• The courses are closed if there is frost.
• Our Course Manager has the right to close the courses due to extreme weather conditions. Affected players will be given a voucher for rounds that could not be completed. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Bro Hof Slott Golf Club reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to change any or all booking times.

• We hope to give You an enjoyable golf experience.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee off time.
• Check-in at Reception must be done at least 15 minutes prior to your tee off time.
• The greenfee includes a stroke saver, trolley and a token for warming up on the driving range.
• At Bro Hof Slott GC we apply the PGA’s dress code. Clothes such as denims, T-shirts and tracksuits for example are better worn somewhere other than during a round of golf.
• Only soft spikes are allowed.
